1976 Cadillac Eldorado Base Convertible 2-Door 8.2L 31K miles

This is a smoke-free automobile. The exterior condition of this vehicle shows that it was garaged. The engine on this vehicle is running properly. This vehicle has no known mechanical defects. The mileage represented on this vehicle is accurate to the best of my knowledge and consistent with the title. This vehicle has a smooth shifting transmission. The interior of this vehicle is clean.

For sale, his 1976 Eldorado Cadillac convertible I bought from my uncle who was in very ill.  My uncle kept it in his garage for decades. I've kept in a garage in DC for 3 years. I have to part with it because with a new baby, y automotive baby must go (only room for one). Just bought new tires as of 8/29/2014.

I have driven it about 200 miles (mostly to the airport). For a 39 year-old this car looks beautiful. It turns heads. It can make a bad day into fun day. It is one of those cars.   Fillers in the front and back have been replaced.

The convertible top works. I have a video of the top going down and up.

What major mechanical work has been done to the car? Ball joint, xle shaft assembly, rake calipers, ight front axel, eft and right front lower ball joints were replaced in the fall of 2013 (have receipt). I was told the A/C was replaced in the mid-80's. Other than those items, know of no other repairs.

When was the car repainted or body work done? Not to my knowledge. But, t appears there may have been some body work to the front driver's side. It is difficult for me to tell, lease see pictures.

Does the air conditioning work? The time I tried it, he A/C did not work. I was told the A/C was replace in the mid-80's and the car has a few cans of freon in the truck that come with the car. The blower works and may be it simply needs a can of freon.

It does not have the floor mats.

Please ask questions, s I am sure there are '76 Eldorado experts out there who know a lot more than me about this car. All I know is, ou're a celebrity when driving it around. Condition: It is a used car. Over all the body looks great. Most people are surprised to learn how old it is. I had a professional mechanic replaced the front and back body fillers, rakes, rake rotor and several hoses.
