1940 lasalle pro street coupe.good shape for its age of being built,car is set up to look like a race car,and it does.rear end is a winters/franland heavy duty quick change,with wide five hubs and wheels.4 wheel disc brakes,front suspension is narrowed camaro sub with racing hubs to match the rear.lots of money put into the front and rear alone.car is chopped 6" inches,and done very well.(most chop jobs coming down this low you can see the flaws in window areas,etc..)this one was done very well with no flaws.crank back sunroof built into roof works very well.power windows,power seat,heat,defrost,manual steering like a race car,roll down licence plate,third brake light,etc..motor is a 1968 chevy 396 big block,very strong.has muscle car cast iron four barrel intake(hard to find these)holley 750 double pumper carb.400 short shaft trans.was rebuilt recently with alot of money put into that.car had magazine arcticle done on it in the early 90's,i have the magazine also.this can come with the car.,mickey thompson tires on the rear are still in very good shape.all wheels are the painted race type for nascar style.still good friends with the builder of the car,he did a good job when he built it.body work was done very well.builder was old school lead type,not fiberglass.so car is not full of bondo.thats the truth.minor tears in head liner in 2 places,both were about 2 inches long,and are sewed up.can hardly notice them.hate to sell the car,but my wife and i are selling the house and moving to buy another,so i need the money to make it happen.passenger power window has become slow going down,may need just lubed up alittle to free it up to go down fast.car has a kill switch built into the front fender to kill power to the car to work as a locking system,i do not have the key for it,so replace it to lock up the car if you feel you need it.center console has power window switches,and power roll over for rear license plate.curb feelers on front fenders.really to much to list.i believe i have desribed it as well as i can,this car has been around for alot of years but is still very nice.like i said built right,so it stayed good all of these years.car comes with no warrenty.its a buy as is,where is.buyer is responsible for pick up,or arranging shipper to pick up this car.i will help load up car on shipper when they arrive to get it.trust m, having the car brought to you buy a shipping company is the way to go.i have bought 3 cars on ebay,and sold two cars on ebay and had all of them picked up or shipped.worked perfect.go thru the companies that ebay gives you at the end of auction,it works good.good luck on auction,any questions,ask,and i will get back to you.
