Description of 1963 Cadillac DeVille

straightlow rust car. the floor boards have a few sections cut out... the exterior sheet metal seems real straight and no visible rust. the front bumper has some surface rust and pealing chrome, ut no holes in the bumper.tilt steering column. Please note that the doorson this car have beenprofessionally shaved (theexterior door handles removed).the car has no evidence of any major accidents. The custom paint looks good on the car,the roof has a few areaswhere the paint bubbled like something was missed in the prep.
