Description of 1982 Cadillac Eldorado

1982 Cadillac Eldorado Touring Coupe, lack with Grey leather interior.
I bought this from the original owner, ar has 78,333 original miles.Original motor and transmission. I bought this car a few years ago and never actually drove it. It did start but the engine did run rough.I did an oil change on it and haven't started it on over a year. Some parts were removed from the engine(alternator bracket other small misc parts) Unable to start in the current state. This is being sold as a parts car but could be restored. Email me any question you may have. Car is an original touring coupe and I have the original build sheet showing the touring coupe option. Seats are correct, issing center console and lower plastic rocker panels.Windshield has a crack, seats missing lower tracks, wiper motor missing, mall dings on roof .Title in hand.
Only 4294 Eldorado Touring Coupes were made from 1982-85.There were over 479,000 Eldorado's made from 1979-85 so the touring coupe is pretty rare.
I found this one the web:In 1982, adillac released a surprising new model of the Eldorado aimed towards the enthusiast..it was known as the Touring Coupe. The 1982 TC was available only in Teutonic Silver and Black that year and was distinctly different from the other Eldorados. Firstly, here was no hood ornnament but a cloisonne medallion in its place. No vinyl roof was available.either were whitewalls, nd most of the bright work was body colored or blacked out. Ribbed rocker mouldings replace aluminum trim found on the other Eldos and the standard steel rim and hubcap were replaced by aluminum wheels with centers caps. The interior of the TC offers sandalwood colored leather bucket seats featuring lumbar and lateral support with a center console instead of split bench seating.
The real difference lies under the body- touring suspension featured larger stabilizer bars front and rear (32mm & 26mm), 0% stiffer front torsion bars, ear coil springs that were 15% firmer, ntirely different shocks up front, nd recalibrated air lift shocks in the rear. The suspension grommets were of 70 durometer rubber over the 60 mm on the standard Eldorado. The steering system offered more feedback while keeping a 14:1 ratio and the tires were upgraded to P225/70R15 for increased handling. This TC package listed for an extra $1950 on top of the $18000 list price.
