Description of 1970 Cadillac DeVille

Previous owner had no reservations driving this car long distance. I purchased this car last September and garaged it until April of this year. It has been a daily driver ever since. Mechanically this car is perfect, here are some small cosmetic areas that could be improved. Starts easily, ransmission does not slip, rakes are fine, rives straight and true. No shakes or shimmers, oes not pull left or right. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere. It is very dependable and has never failed me. It is like a big, ld, lassic land yacht driving down the road. People wave and smile and are in awe of this classic vehicle. This is your opportunity to own and drive a piece of Cadillac history.

Transmission shifts fine and doesn't leak. Radiator- no leaks, t doesn't use any oil between oil changes which I have done every 3000 miles or every 6 months. Engine sounds great with no ticks or knocks, xhaust- no leaks but is the same exhaust from when the car was freshened up in 2001.
It has passed New York state safety inspection.
all the windows go up and down as does the top. GLASS window in back.
Tires new, rakes good. AC works.
Upholstery is vinyl. Not original leather.
Pictures tell all about the appearance. It is an older restoration. Notice the passenger side door panel which was painted to match the red interior. Buttons on the passenger side front seat back are dangling by the strings but that is an easy fix.
If you take it through the auto car wash it will leak around the windows, owever the top itself does NOT leak. There are generalized chips in the paint. Not obvious in the pictures but standing close are easy to see.
This is a beautiful car worth between 8 and 10 thousand so is a steal at the price it will sell for. There are better 1970 Caddy specimens but the price tags are closer to $18,000 to $30 grand.
