Description of 1957 Cadillac 60 Special Fleetwood

An all original 1957 Cadillac Sixty Special Fleetwood for sale.
This all original 1957 Cadillac Sixty Special Fleetwood is at least a second owner car currently stored in Carmel Valley, alifornia in a warehouse. While it is for sale, t is out of the warehouse, ut under car cover. The current owner has owned the car for over 20 years. The car is part of a large collection of classic vehicles that are also for ale.
The car starts and runs without any issues. No smoke, o noises, ust runs clean. To my knowledge and inspection, othing has been done to the car, hich leaves it totally original.
There are a number of fairly simple and straight forward issues that need to be addressed before this car is ready for the car show:
Engine:

No air filter.
Both upper and lower coolant hoses may need replacement.
No coolant in the car currently.
No AC belt.
Needs fuel pump seal.
No transmission dipstick.
Needs all new fluids and filters.
Entire exhaust system is in need of replacement. Several holes exist in the pipe leading to the muffler.

Interior:

Upholstery needs complete replacement.
Carpet needs replacement.
Door vinyl is cleanable, ut metal parts may need to be repainted.
Headliner is in good condition.
Back speaker is missing and panel needs replacement.
Dashboard chrome needs re-chroming.
Steering wheel is in great condition, ew small cracks.
Radio does not work.
Windows did not operate.
AC did not operate (no belt).

Body

Appears to be straight, o evidence of bondo.
Few small dings, othing bigger than an inch.
All chrome is intact. The piece missing on the left side is included. Most chrome is in need of re-chroming, ut looks good from a distance. Rear fender panels are in good condition.
Trunk mechanism needs replacement.
Windows are in clean condition, xcept rear window that has some type of film. I expect this is cleanable.
Front left head light, rear right tail light out.
No problematic rust underneath. Mostly surface rust that can be wiped away.
Floor panels have surface rust as shown in the photos.
Paint is consistent all over car except for roof that has paint pitting and slight discoloration in various places. Light surface rust on roof paint along windows.
Most of the weather stripping is gone.
