great old 37 cadillac lasalle, his is not a barn find that has been sitting forever and will need everything. this is an older restoration that fires right up, dles nice, o smoke or noises, anual trans shifts through all gear great, andles very well with no rattles, rakes feel good. tires are like new wide white walls. running boards are solid and look good, ubber top on running boards is in great shape also. interior was done at some point and still looks good, eadliner was replaced back then and is good other then a stain and a few holes from a critter that got inside, ther then the headliner the interior is is nice driver quality. paint has some scratches mostly on the front fenders but shines up nicely and is also a good driver quality. chrome looks pretty good condition. lights work, oes not have a radio. does have the under dash heater but wires are not hooked up. the only real issue i can find worth mentioning is the generator seems dead. otherwise, would say change the oil and fluids and drive her home. I have seen several easy fixes on ebay for the generator. just look under 6 volt positve ground altenator on ebay, hese are an easy bolt on 1 wire hookup and no other converting needed and you still retain all your original wiring and 6 volt system. it starts fine on 6 volt. looks like the wiring harness was also replaced at one time too and has no frayed or crumbling wires like a "barn find" has. You just can't a 37 lasalle that's had everything done at one time and needs very little as this one in this price range. This was listed before with tons of watchers, here is some interest locall, o beware that the listing may be pulled at anytime from being for sale locally. this will be a "no reserve auction" starting at a well below NADA book value. To check value, ook under 1937 lasalle series 50 -5 passenger touring sedan. also, he odometer shows 7x,xxx miles, ot sure of the exact number but i know its in that area of miles. It has a new coil, rakes and battery and tires look new too with no dry rot. $500 deposit due 24 your after sale, ust be paid in full and payment cleared before the car leaves.i will be here to assist loading it when the time comes but shipping is your responsability. has a clear title ready for transfer.
