1958 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz convertible, numbers matching

1958 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz. Vehicle was previously being restored, nd is approximately 75% through the process, 5% of parts are on hand to complete the car. The restoration was an amateur attempt and can be completed as is, r to get the full value out of this car, t could be taken back apart and a nut and bolt factory restoration performed. Motor IS NUMBERS MATCHING and has been freshly rebuilt, ero miles on motor, t turns over freely with a wrench. (car is short fuel system of running) Trans has supposedly been rebuilt, long with brake master cylinder and power steering pump. There were signs of rust in floor pans and trunk pan that have been repaired, epair job was not perfect and cleaning up of patches would be needed unless driver quality is preferred. The car has been painted, nd does show some signs of bondo here and there. Paint job was amateur as well, nd it does have minor scratches here and there. Paint has not been wet sanded or buffed. Body is some what straight and seems to be a decent start to a project, anel gaps and bumper gaps have not been aligned and some components are temporarily hung in place and are not permanently mounted. I do have the top assembly (minus canvas) with a header bow that is in good shape. Top pump, ylinders, ew lines, nd top switch are still in car. All wiring seems to be present, ut not sure of working condition. This was an original AC car. Air ride suspension is no longer present and has been replaced with coils, ssuming during the factory recalls. Chrome on car is in varying condition, ome parts are in good shape while other is poor. Rear lower bumpers are not in great shape but with some work could be rechromed, ear upper bumpers are decent. Most trim is in nice shape. Driver stainless quarter is nice, assenger is a little rough but could possibly be worked, ot sure. One reverse light lens has a crack, ut both grills are present. Of course, ower steering, ower brakes, ower top, ower windows, nd all other standard eldo options are present. This is exactly how I purchased the vehicle and I do not know much about the history of this vehicle or the restoration of this vehicle, do know it has been in climate controlled storage for the past 25 years during its restoration, nd has been in far northern Louisiana most, f not all of its life. And as we all know this is one of 815 ever produced and could easily be worth triple digits restored. I do have a clean clear Louisiana title in my name, n my hand.

Top assembly w good header, riginal 3x2 intake with carbs and linkage, oth door panels including Biarritz chrome inserts, ick panels with trim and vents, ear seat speaker grill, ront fender and side door trim, ood trim, indshield (has small rock chip, ut it hasn't spread so could be filled), hrome "shark gills" that go on bottom of rear quarter, hrome strips that are vertically mounted in-between rear bumpers, indshield gasket, ear view mirror and both visors, omplete windshield trim inside and out, love box door, rand new glove box insert, oth Biarritz emblems, utronic eye, rive shaft, orn ring, indow switches, eat trim, eat side chrome with lights, nterior by Fleetwood tag, nbsp;side glass (front and rear) both front are cracked, ut it is flat glass so it's easy to have made) all window perimeter trim, rand new window felts, rand new door jamb seals, rand new trunk weather stripping, rand new under hood insulation. Lots of other misc. trim, arts, nd brackets that I am not totally sure where it goes, ome duplicate and triplicate parts as well.

Parts missing:

Fuel tank, at wing air cleaner, arade boot, pare, ack, ipers, ody trim tag, c compressor, eat belts, ome dash knobs, ome top latch parts, ldorado script and "V" on deck lid, nd I'm sure other misc. items I'm not aware of yet.
