I purchase this vehicle from the original owner in 1999.This is aCalifornia car.A partial restoration was then undertaken and completed by 2000. The vehicle was media blasted which revealed a rust free andvirtually ding free car. The vehicle was repainted to its original color with Sikkens urethane enamel. Original bumpers were replated. All stainless trim was polished. New top, op leather, ew carpet, ew floor mats, ew truck kit, ll interior trim repainted. Additionally rear wheel disc brakes and custom Budnik wheels were added.Complete engine tune up. The engine and transmission are original. It runs and shifts great. All the work other than spraying the paint was done by myself. I have over 35 of automotive experience. The work was done correctly. No shortcuts taken. $22,000+ invested. The one area that does needs to be addressed at this point is the A/C system- compressor needs to be rebuilt. This car is a great example of an classic American convertible.
