The original owner of this limo was a man named Samuel J. Butcher. He is mainly known as the artist behind the Precious Moments brand of characters based on American-Christian themes. He draws in oil, water-color, acrylic, and mixed-media. He once used this exact vehicle for his parade car and airport pickup. This 1938 Cadillac has been kept original bumper to bumper.As you can see this Cadillac is a rare find.
