1972 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham series 60 special. A woman purchased the car in 1990 from the original owner, her boss.As she aged and had to give upher license, the family decided it was time to sell. My mother bought the car and became the third doting owner at 42,425 miles. Fast forward to today, and mom, at age 99, has also had to give up her license to drive. Now at 72,857 miles, this car is a beautiful, rust-free, example of Americana at its finest. Built in Detroit, Michigan, the Fleetwood Brougham was Cadillac's flagship sedan, embodying formidable luxury as the 70th anniversary edition. With body on frame construction, automatic load leveling & hand crafted by Fleetwood, this car is the standard by which all others are judged. In beautiful condition inside & out, it has always been garaged or stored under cover. The powerful 472 moves through traffic effortlessly. Interior is green matadore cloth, leather with power dual comfort front seat and carpeted rear seat foot rests. Exterior is Sumatra green. Power front disc brakes and variable ratio power steering give the driver a commanding position. All maintenance has been recently completed, including: wheel bearing pack, transmission service, full tune up, fluids and filters. There is alightly audibleexhaust leak and the driver'sinterior door pull needs minor repair. The tires are like new. I would not hesitate to drive this car across the country.
