Description of 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood

FOR SALE:
1993 Cadillac Fleetwood w/ VP4 package-Apparently the VP4 package is a rare package and has upgrades to the vehicle -
My uncle, the last owner, when his wife died really let the car go and we got it off him when he hit a deer. (See front damage)
Having been in the family a long time, the majority of it's life was more than well taken care for and adult maintained and garaged minus 7.5 months when his wife died and he moved out of the house. It lived it's life in the Rural Area of Evans City, Pennsylvania. We used to go on long drives with my Uncle in it who prior to his wife's death - he babied this machine like no other until her death.
The vehicle starts up and drives wonderfully down the road. To my knowledge there are no major mechanical issues although I am not a mechanic.
Known Issues:-The vehicle has an ABS light on but brakes fine.-Exhaust leak (loud)-Change oil light stays on even when is oil is changed.-The Remote Keyless Entry does not work currently but power windows, doors, locks work with the exception of the rear passenger window to my knowledge.-Interior seats are in need of attention - he took his dog everywhere with him once his wife passed. --Front dash pad is cracked as well.-Steering column does not tell you when you're in drive, reverse, etc.
Body Issues:Front damage around grill where paint has chipped from deer. Minor dent too. Throughout the car are minor scratches and some areas where paint has peeled. The bottom half of vehicle, the chrome skirts, could use some attention as could the plastic bumper guards surrounding the vehicle.
This at one time was in show room condition but sadly in 7.5 months my Uncle lost control of everything.
Since taking ownership I flushed all fluids as I did not know what to do or what needed attention when acquiring the vehicle.

We are selling the family car due to not enough use and exhaust has become loud due to a leak. It also since April, lost a garage spot.
I hope this can go to someone who appreciates this vehicle as I'm told it is: "The Last of The Big Ones".
The tires on the car are in great shape and all match. A spare tire comes with the car as well as spare center caps?. In the trunk is a very large manual for the car that comes with this as well and a large car cover that has a cloth and vinyl cover.
Two sets of keys and remotes
If you have questions/concerns please message me. I'll do my best to answer what I know.
The above mileage is approximated but within the 105k range. It is currently not being driven except started and taken up and down the road every Sunday.

On May-04-17 at 08:16:24 PDT, seller added the following information:

*Some questions have arisen and would like to address. The interior seats are just in poor condition if you are to compare to the showroom. They all work and operate, just would replace if possible as they are faded, show creases and as you can see in the photos have a tear around the driver control and passenger seat.
The headliner is not sagging. Again, the dash board is cracked. Radio and speakers work.
The body is fair condition - pictures show paint chips on front end and there are two or three that I'm aware of in less than a dime size around the body of the car. Please understand this a 1993, there are minor scratches and a door dent or two. My reserve is placed to sell the car in a fair condition. This does however, have low mileage.
