Description of 1971 Cadillac Eldorado

Please Read ENTIRE LISTING--Here is my '71 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible. I'm going to describe it all. nbsp;positives and negatives. nbsp;so you know exactly what you're looking at. It's a real attention getter and a classic cruise machine. Great paint color (Bavarian Blue Firemist). The vertical vent-like trim on the sides is a classic look. and the '71 has the louvered trunk deck! It is super solid and virtually rust-free. Has the 500 cu. in. V-8 with 325 Horsepower. Front wheel drive. Runs good and has been taken on 100+ mile trips with no problems. It is ready to cruise as is. or ready for minor upgrades all the way to complete restoration. Solid body and frame would make it a good candidate for complete restoration if that's what you're looking to do. Nice chrome. Actual mileage is unknown. It is good driver quality. No major body damage. a few paint chips/flaws. some minor dings. It's hard to notice but the gigantic hood is not perfectly flat due to minor ding along raised edge. so it sags a bit on one side. The interior is not original and is cloth. It is faded some and could be replaced if wanted. although it is not torn anywhere. White convertible top is older. but still works and has no rips or major damage (glass window); I had a new dash installed since the previous owner cut the original dash to install a modern radio. Needs (if you want): radio. convertible boot. trunk liner/mat. window felts. driver's side sun visor. A/C and cruise control currently not working. heat would not turn off so shut off valve installed. NEW: Tires. Battery. Front CV Shafts. Front Shocks. Rear Brakes. Muffler. passenger side lock actuator. convertible top motor just rebuilt. trunk lock cover with better color/condition. I also have an OEM replacement window washer motor pump to install. I also have upper door panels with the wood grain if you wanted to redo the interior back to original. I'm selling this cruiser because I have another convertible and want a classic pickup.
