1965 Cadillac Convertible. Runs and drives great. 1600 miles ago (5 years ago), I restored this car. New paint, stripped to bare metal. Two dime size rust holes filled with metal. No other rust. No bondo. Show quality black paint. Paint cut and buffed to high shine. No orange peel. Very straight body. New Carburetor. New brakes. New brake lines. New wheel cylinders and fuel pump. Rebuilt starter. Radiator re-cord. New tires. Fuel tank cleaned and sealed. No oil leaks. Interior leather seat covers and door panels were sent to a company that specializes in duplicating original Cadillac interiors. Re-installed new interior with new carpet. New carpet installed in trunk. New cloth top with glass window. New door sill plates. New Cadillac crests, front and back. New hydraulic pump and hoses for convertible top operation. New exhaust system, front to back. Bottom of car was pressure cleaned, wire brushed and painted with red oxide then undercoated. Excellent factory chrome. No evidence of ever been hit. All stainless steel removed and buffed to high shine. New exterior mirrors. Windows work. All A/C parts present, not charged. All new hoses and belts. No tail pipe smoke. All lights work.
