1972 Cadillac Ambulance Superior Coach (built in 1971). Condition is gently Used. This ambulance is a vintage car that has been licensed and operating in California since July of 2000 by the current owner. It was pulled offline in June of 2019. It originally belonged to a mining company in California, then an ambulance company in Las Vegas. It has low mileage and was not abused in a high emergency environment. It comes as is, stocked with all the vintage ambulance equipment it was certified with. Perfect for parades, car shows and contests and event attractions. It runs on premium unleaded gasoline. The ambulance is built on a Cadillac "Professional Chassis" used in Limousines and Hearses. It has been maintained at regular service intervals and gently driven by the owner and kept in a garage. Easily mistaken as a GhostBusters machine when driving down the street. State law requires the forward facing red lights to be covered up when driving in public. Superior Coach built 281 Cadillac ambulances in 1972 model year at their factory located in Lima Ohio.
