1970 Cadillac Eldorado, In 1970 the Eldorado introduced the new 500 cu in (8.2 L) V8 engine,[1] Cadillac's largest-ever production V8, rated SAE gross 400 hp (298 kW) and 550 lbâ‹…ft (746 Nâ‹…m), which would remain exclusive until it became standard on all full size Cadillacs in the 5 years later. A power sunroof became an available rare option.
