Vehicle Details This 1963, Series Sixty-Two Cadillac is my dream car, one that is incredibly difficult with which to part, but due to chronic, incurable health concerns, I have been unable to enjoy her. Original except for a few alterations using only factory parts, with additions of “Truespoke†wire wheels and “Diamondback†custom tires, a roughly $5,000.00 price in 2015 dollars. As for the factory add-ons, I installed the rocker panel moldings which were an Eldorado-only (the 4-door Fleetwood, notwithstanding). I also added a passenger-side exterior rear view mirror. These moldings were NOS moldings I had purchased from an elderly gentleman in New Jersey, who used to go around to dealerships, buying their parts inventory that were being discontinued. These additions make this car very unique, indeed. The previous owner had done cosmetic restoration including a paint refresh, new seat covers with high-quality vinyl, new carpeting, and trunk detailing. The 390 engine is a strong-running engine with plenty of power. The new convertible top is a very high-end fabric with a glass rear window.
