Vehicle Details

Our 1950 Cadillac Series 61 Club Coupe was purchased on Bring a Trailer about two years ago. Please see that old listing for amazing photos and videos of the car. We have installed new white wall tires. We added rear fender black welting and replaced a worn fuel line. Other than that, we’ve really not driven it much.

The car sold new by Travis Cadillac Pontiac of Peoria, Illinois, and the car later spent time in Ontario, Canada as well as Oregon and North Carolina before it was acquired by the current owner in 1998. Under previous ownership the car is said to have been refinished in red with a black roof, the two-tone gray cloth interior was redone, and the 331 ci V8 was rebuilt along with the four-speed automatic transmission. The ride height has been lowered and oversize sway bars have been installed, and other features include 15" wheels with trim rings and hubcaps, chrome-finished bumpers and trim, a split-folding front bench seat, an AM radio, USB chargers, and a Weber carburetor. This Cadillac is now offered for sale by the owner in Omaha.

The car is well known in the CA road rally circuit as it was used for years in the California Mille race.
