Description of 1959 Cadillac DeVille

Up for bid is a 1959 Cadillac Coupe Deville with 20500 original miles! This car is a true survivor! It was from California where it had been laying for several years. but is now fully functional and ready for the road! Appearance wise this car is 55 years old. Granted it is all there. and the paint does shine. it is starting to show its age. The interior has been redone with brown leather and suede. which give it a great look! The mechanics of this car is what we concentrated on. It is 100% sound for a 55 year old car! We did our best to keep everything original on this car. even parts that we had to replace were either rebuilt. or new used from a 1959 Cadillac. The starter. generator. carburetor. and all linkages/wiring have been replaced or rebuilt. The suspension. steering box. and exhaust have been gone through. The gas tank and sending unit were replaced and all fuel lines flushed. Some of the window seals have been replaced. All fluids. and filters have been changed. All lights and gauges are functional. The wheels were sandblasted and New Diamond Back 2 1/4 white wall radials were installed. If you are looking for a piece of history that needs minimal restoration this is the car for you!
