Your only opportunity to buy this VERY SPECIAL 1956 NOMAD!!!!! I have just completed a COMPLETE andaccurate restoration with close to $90,000 spent. After this auction, f it does not sell, will not offer it again for sale. History, purchased thisNomad from a gentleman in Bristol, N who had owned this since 1964!!! I still have that title which goes to the winner. He was enrolled at East Tennessee State College, nd the parking sticker is still on the rearbumper which I left as Provenance. He parked itin a covered garage, fter pickling the engine, n 1968 planning on restoring his baby when he retired, utunfortunately that never transpired. Upon purchasing the car I was so impressed with the COMPLETELY RUST FREE condition that I opted to restore the car to original status instead of street rodding it. Mechanics. I completely rebuilt the trusty 265 boring it 30 over with stainless valves, ardened seats intake as well as exhaust side to use regular gas (no additives needed) new cam, oller tip rockers, olished the crank, ebuilt the original starter, witched to an alternator, lectronic HEIdistributor with flame thrower coil. Stainless steel radiator, ew stainless fuel lines new gas tank sending unit etc. Rebuit the original Rochester carb, ebuilt the Original Powerglide and Torque convertor THE CAR DRIVES AS NEW Rebuilt all bushings in suspension and steering New Body mounts POR 15 on entire frame and floor pans, part undercoating applied Drives VERY TIGHT and straight as an arrow. ORIGINAL HORNS Power Disc front brake slotted and drille, ew stainless lines front to back stops on a dime New American Auto Wiring custom made for a Nomad from front to backEZ Eye glass Radio is custom AM FM MP3 /iPod hook up and USB hidden in ash tray. Looks like stock radio, ick board and under rear seat speaker sound amazing!! Vintage Air A/C installed, CE COLD!!! Custom under dash panel makes A/C vents more presentable and 3 gauges oil/temp/volt and hazard lights installed as well vent cables. Body. Body was soda blasted and NO ACCIDENTS/bondo EVER!!! Only rust was on floor pans and eye brows which were patched repaired. 2 part epoxy primer and painted original Laurel green Crocus Yellow colors applied. LOOKS AMAZING!!!! Very rare color combination. SHARP!!!!!! The most incredible 50s feel. Interior ALL NEW from Ciadella interior including the Daytona carpet andlinoleum headliner professionallyinstalled Original yellow black Rear liftgate re chromed and straightened looks sharp!!! All chrome bumpers and stainless is ORIGINAL to the car NO REPLATING WAS NEEDED some pitting in some of the interior chrome, ut I chose to leave it as it is minor and confirms its AMAZING PROVENANCE!! New Coker radial Tires ride smoothI am sure that I amforgettingalot of details YOU CAN DRIVE THIS CROSS COUNTRY NO PROBLEM, RIVES LIKE IT CAME OUT OF THE SHOWROOM Since everything is NEW no wonder. Clean title in MY NAME in Hand. Car does not leave mypossessionuntil funds have cleared my bank and bank is satisfied.
