Listed is my moms 1965 Malibu SS who passed last year. She purchased this car for me as a graduation present in 1978 from Arkansas. It has never seen a winter. I drove it two summers and than put it in storage. In 1988 i pulled it out and did a frame on restoration including, aint, echroming the bumpers, ome new trim, eplacing the carpet, eupholstering the seats, ebuilding the engine and going through everything that needed attention. I tarred the trunk pan where there were some small rusted areas when i first got the car. Because it was not structural and could not be seen with the trunk mat, left it. Then i gave it to her as a present. I set the odometer to zero when i restored it for my mom. She drove it 6000 miles between 1988 till 2009 when she got sick. It now shows 6000 and change. It has been stored since. It is time to let someone else enjoy it. It is driver quality. Not a show car but over all looks nice for its age. Very solid car. Runs well. The Air conditioning needs to be charged. I would charge it for her yearly and it would blow cold air for the summer. Please look at the pics and feel free to call me and ask any questions. I have tried to show the worst spots on the car so please look at them and remember the car was last painted 27 years ago. You will not have to worry about a 20k paint job if you have it parked some place. Drive it anywhere anytime. If your looking for a fun car to drive that gets lots of compliment, his is it. Plenty of power, ood gas milage and very comfortable. Plus easy to get in and out of. Once again it is not a show car but a nice driver. It has not been driven much for 7 years so it may or may not need something.I just pulled it out of storage and put some fresh gas and a new battery in it. Seems to run and drive fine but have not driven it to much with not being licensed. When mom was driving it in 2009 it drove great. Comes with some nice documents, ncluding original bill of sale from the dealership and the protection plan with the protecto plate. I highly recommend coming to see the car or sending someone to view it. I want the buyer to know what they are buying and to be happy with it. I hope this car will bring the same joy to the new owner as it did to my mom and i . Please dont hesitate to call me and ask me anything about the car.
