1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS (VIN # 138177B182 898) Frame Off Restoration. EVERY part, hether it be a nut, olt, crew, ire, ose, n this car has been removed, ebuilt and/or replaced. The nuts, olts, crews, ashers, otor fittings are ALL stainless steel. The Magnaflow exhaust is stainless, ith stainless cut-outs welded in place if you want the car REAL noisy. We even made the gas tank straps, tarter heat shield and radiator shroud out of stainless! The windows are new, he interior is new, verything is new (with the exception of the steering wheel spoke, never could find another) or rebuilt. Since rebuild it has been hidden away under several car covers in my heated garage for the past 2-3 years and decided I may as well sell it. We've never taken it anywhere and has somewhere between 30-50 miles on the rebuild. I chose a charcoal gray metal flake to go with the cranberry red interior. I have pictures of every part or piece on this car being repainted or re-sealed. We used the best of everything ! I never meant to sell this car and we got waaaay carried away with the rebuild. The gas lines, nd non stainless stuff like suspension nuts and bolts (that are a special grade) are all clear coated. The motor, rans and rear end are all fresh. Under the hood is a 402 bored out .060. I put the largest cam in it I could that would run street gas. I wanted the lug sound of a healthy cam and yet not have solid lifters to adjust all the time. The Muncie 4 speed is fresh too as I mentioned. The rebuilt12 bolt rear end has the 3:31 road gear in it so you can cruise down the highway. We also installed Edelbrock anti-hop bars. Sitting atop the Edelbrock "Performer" intake is a Holley carburetor with SS Russell fittings. HEI distributor with Taylor wires. It's all done right and ready for show, r drive. We put the best of everything on this car that we could find. I chose new station wagon springs and larger tires on the back, o lift it just enough to make it look more aggressive. This car is literally brand new since rebuild and tried to describe it as honestly as I can. But it is an older collector car and sold "where is/as is" ! Showings will be arranged only to serious buyers. It WILL be as described or you won't own it, will refund your down payment. Please do not bid without the intent to finalize this transaction. We spent over 5 years rebuilding this car, osting well over 100k. For insurance purposes i had to have the car appraised by 3 different appraisers. Two of them thought it was an exceptional rebuild and told me if I listed it on a large auction I would no doubt get my investment back. But figured just list it here and let it go. I don't really have the time to pack it up and bring it several states away. The reserve is set at approximately half of what the rebuild cost. If I can't get that I'll probably just keep or possibly list it with a big auto auction. Please don't ask what the reserve is. It's an auction. If they wanted you to know the reserve they would display it.If you would like more pictures ask for them at my email address. I have a short video of it running but not sure if I can figure out how to send it. Too old to know how to do most of this stuff :) Whoever wins this car for their collection will be VERY fortunate. Happy Bidding !My apologies for re-listing this carI tried to add photos and a short video clip and screwed it all uppleas ask for more photos and the short video at my email and I'll send you the links through thereThanks again !
