Factory specs say this73 Z/28 had been powered down to 245 hp. This car easily has over 300 hp now.At least two experts have praised the condition of this Rare car and believe it to be in the 60 to 70,000 mile range. When looking closely the 42 year old paint does have some tiny chips and cracks in typical places like on the nose in front of the hood and behind the wheels. there are twovery tiny dings from door opened and hit island at gas station, and unfortunatly last fall a drunk veteran (I noticedhis license plate)jumped out of his car at a stop light (two miles afterI passed him)and kicked my passenger doorin a fit of rage. The bodyshop told me that the whole door would need repainted and would look terrible comparatively. Its only original once, o its up to the new owner to decide (like me)if its a driver, r arestore. The air conditioning compresor is not installed because it has headers but i do have it with some other bits. The rest of the air conditioning components are in tact.Approximately 4000 Z/28 (4 speeds)were made in 1973 out of almost 100,000 camaros that year. This is the only year and body style 70-73 thathad AC before the body change in 74. Serious buyers may call me for more information at 406-207-3557 .MST You would not be disappointed with this car. Thanks for looking! |
