Description of 1968 Chevrolet Corvair Monza Convertible |
1968 Chevrolet Corvair Monza Convertible ITEM LOCATION: Cookeville, ennessee 38506 DESCRIPTION: Mileage: 68,418 showing 110hp Horizontal 6 cylinder motor Automatic transmission Fresh paint New top Custom Planet Audio stereo with remote Good tires Rear seat has a split in it Front seats are not original Speedometer does not work This car was a church project Has a good title If you're a Corvair enthusiast, his '68 is the car for you. We purchased this car from a local auction house in June 2015 as part of a support project for our church. Since then, oo much life has gotten in the way for us to put any amount of work into it, o it would be best if she finds a new home. Most everything on this Corvair is original with the exception of the paint, gnition, ront seats, tereo, onvertible top and the top (padded area) of the dash. The dash was poorly mended by someone in the past... see the photos. The front seats are - possibly - from a Vega of unknown years. Spare tire is a full-size wheel and tire. As is says above, t was a church project to raise funds for a playground. It comes with the manual, ar cover and our hopes that she will give someone many miles of happiness and thumbs-up from envious drivers and passers-by. Thank you for viewing our auction. We do reserve the right to end the auction early if we accept a reasonable local sale offer. On Aug-01-15 at 16:59:14 PDT, eller added the following information:*** 8/1/2015 - To clarify my ownership of this vehicle; I did not receive this car free from our church, or am I selling it for the church. I am the rightful owner after winning an auction which raised money for a new playground. *** |
