1986 Chevy Silverado. A great classic truck and dependable daily driver. Recently received a new mildly cam 350/300 GM crate transplant (with approx. 400 miles). including new Carb. Hooker Headers and Flow Master Exhaust. Rebuilt 700R Transmission. All functioning cold AC. hot heat. tilt. cruise control. power windows. power locks. delayed wipers. New brakes. Tinted windows with shaded windshield. New fuel gauge and sender. Interior is in good condition with a new headliner. carpet. set cover and dash pad. CD player with Ipod connection. No amp…but still has a good sound. Lowered utilizing new coil springs and drop spindles up front / notched with leaf spring “flip kit” in rear…rides and handles great. Rolls on a brand new set of 22" Hot Rods by Boyd billet wheels. Exterior: Paint by “mother nature” Patina Red. Underneath is solid and in good condition…no issues. The inside of the bed. along with the top of the cab. are in good condition with minimal surface rust. Body dings and scratches. but only adds to the cool effect of this classic truck. Chrome bumpers are in good condition. Need To Know: Dash pad has one small crack at the front edge. Windshield has one small crack on the drivers side from a stray rock. Has stock dual gas tanks. the right tank is currently nonfunctional. Needs a new section of hose that extends from the gas cap to the tank. Two small areas of rust…one on each cab corner (see pics).
