Description of 1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo |
Superb original Aerocoupe hardtop. I enjoyed this ultra low mileage SS for cruising and car shows. I am the 3rd owner with the first owner being from Colorado and the second from PA. The car was always used as a show car with the first owner winning a Super Chevy show back in the 90's at Bandimere near Denver. I have the trophy and will give it to the new owner. The Nascar connection to this model makes for quite a crowd pleaser. The Carfax is clean. My Aero was selected as a feature 'Car of the Week' this past summer in a national publication. I will give you the link if interested in reading the article (photos too). I am selling to get another car. and garage space has become the only reason for selling. I have fixed all the known issues that come with ownership of these cars. The entire a/c. heater core. TCC solenoid etc. have been professionally repaired (receipts). The original Goodyear tires will also go to the new owner along with a custom car cover. The Firestones on the car now have about 6. 00 miles on them and are 3 years old. The Aero is in absolutely excellent condition with EVERYTHING working as it should. All the fluids were changed within the past 3 years except the rear end which I left alone (fluids changed include tranny. brake. power steering. coolant). I also just changed the oil a few weeks ago and added the Eastwood zinc additive that I have come to trust over the years. I also just added a Pure One air filter. The fuel filter has been changed as has all the belts. The original GM hoses are still on the car. The original Cars & Concepts (Aerocoupe conversion) sticker is still in the door jamb. 'No ethanol' 100% 89 or 93 octane gas was used during my ownership. The car is ready for the next show as it sits in my garage. No mods have been done to this car. It is 'stock' right down to the AC/Delco battery and exhaust system. Original paint as well. Always garaged since Day 1. Non-smoker. Title in hand. Many trophies have been won over the last 3 show seasons including the Super Chevy Show last year at the Bristol Motor Speedway in TN and also the large Hendricks show by the Charlotte Speedway in Concord. NC. I am certainly open to offers if you are a serious buyer. I have documented low mileage Aerocoupe prices for the past 6 years. I know what these ultra low mileage cars sell for realistically. I will gladly share that documented list with any serious buyer. Thanks for looking! |
