66 Vette, #'s Matching 425hp, Lacquer Paint, 37,000 Miles, Frame off, Top Flight

This is a flawless professionally frame-off restored and NCRS Top Flight certified 1966 Rally Red L72 Corvette Convertible with complete owner history and believed to be 37,000 original miles. It has a numbers matching L72 427/425hp engine, speed transmission and 4.11 positraction rear end that it left the St. Louis assembly in March of 1966. The car was special ordered through Ed Stinn Chevrolet in Cleveland, hio with; Rally Red exterior, ed interior, hite top, nd the top of the line 425 horsepower L72 Big Block, speed transmission, .11 posi, M/FM radio, elescopic steering column and headrests. This Corvette and its history was featured in the January issue of Corvette Cars and Parts Magazine. During the restoration the correct side pipes and aftermarket aluminum knock-off wheels with gold line bias belted tires were added to the car. Since the meticulous restoration in 2000 the car has been transported in an enclosed trailer and driven very sparingly. The restoration looks very fresh and appears to have been recently done, ven the lacquer paint and the chassis look fantastic. This Corvette would be an outstanding addition to any high end Corvette collection.
