Description of 1966 Chevrolet Corvair Monza |
| This is a 1966 Chevy Corvair Monza in excellent condition. It has a new brake system including a dual master cylinder. wheel cylinders. brake shoes and brake hoses. New welded dual exhaust system. New steel belted radials (original size). Original AM radio that works. It was repainted 15 years ago and the shine is great. The track below the front windshield was replace. A few rust bubbles on the two front lower fenders. Battery is 3 years old. New voltage regulator. New tail light lenses and chrome trim. I own this car for 12 years now and it's been garage and covered the entire time. Has fold down rear seat which was an option. The floor boards and front cross member are solid. comes with a custom cover. The headliner is in mint condition. New battery cables. Overall for a car approaching 50 years old it's in excellent condition. It is a 2 time winner at the LICA show. |
