Description of 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

This 1970 Chevelle SS is in original condition, ith all original parts still in place. It has the original cast Iron exhaust manifolds, hich is very rare, ecause most have been replaced with Headers. Factory Air Conditioning, nd it blows Cold! Power Steering, ower Front Disc Brakes, S Instrument Panel, owl Hood, S Appearance Package, lack Vinyl Top in excellent Condition, adio is not original, ut works. Interior in overall Good condition, ll original Seat belts in place. Factory 14" Rally Wheels and Spare. Dome light works, love box light works, ll exterior lighting works well. Car drives smooth and tight, ike it should, nderneath, ar has not been cleaned, till shows dirt and grease in normal areas, as been repainted in the original color at some point. Built in Atlanta, nd owned in Georgia it's whole life. No rust in floor boards anywhere. The only noticeable rust, s a small area behind the left rear tire at bottom of fender, nd a small place below back window. see Pics.
Matching Number 396-350 hp Engine, lock stamp shows T0220CTX, hich is correct for a 350 HP 4-speed combo.
This SS Chevelle is an excellent Driver Quality car. Shows very well. It is being sold in an un restored condition. Very respectable paint finish. All glass in great shape.
Some interior pieces may have been replaced at some point, ecause it looks really good. Mainly the seat covers and headliner. Door panels appear to beoriginal. The doors, ood and trunk all open and close properly.
All wiring is original and has not been tampered with. Even the safety switch on the clutch pedal still works to disable starting unless the clutch is pushed in.
I have not taken the car apart, o I do not have a build sheet, or can I say that it has or does not have one.
ThisChevelle SS runs strong, ngine and transmission operate as they should. It has a "factory" sounding exhaust. It drives like I remember them driving when new! Smooth and tight.
It will be sold with a Georgia Bill of Sale. The State of Georgia does not issue Titles on a car this old. I do have a copy of the Original "New" Georgia Title upon request.
