1964 Chevrolet C-10, Short Bed, Step Side, Chevy C10

Selling my 1964 C10 Short bed, tep side.This nearly all original, lack plate,California truck was purchased from the original owner about 3 years ago. If your looking for an unmolested original truck, ook no further.

The Good -

Truck has original patina paint, o clear coat. I keep it waxed and out of the weather. It hasn't seen a drop of rain since I've owned it.

Original engine and transmission. It has a 292 straight six, ith 4 speed on the floor. The engine starts the first time, very time. Transmission is works great, mooth shifting through all 4 gears. This truck will run down the highway at 65mph with no problem.

I restored the bed with handmade oak and stainless steel strips.

The interiorhas been restored,except the seat. The seat is from a 90's Chevy. I have the original seat and it will be sold with the truck. It has a major rip in the fabric and needs to be recovered. The seat that is in it, s bolted into the original holes and has not butchered the truck in anyway.

All lights, witches etc on the dash work, xcept for the window wash. It needs a line run from the reservoir.The original AM radio and speaker work.

The rims are restored original 15"x6" rims with original dog dish hub caps .Tires arebrand new 235 75R15's with less than 500 miles on them. I just spend over $1200 installing this rim/tire/hubcap setup.

The only area of rot isin the front fender corners, therwise this truck is solid.

Other items: New water pump, ew heater core, ew brakepads and master cylinders.

Truck has the original, ealer installed, arden bumper on it.

The Bad -

The mileage listed is not original. I have no way of knowing what the mileage is as the speedo cable was not working when I bought the truck. It is working now and I've put over 3000 miles on the truck since I've owned it.

The exhaust is not original and the manifold has a leak. Once the engine is warmed up, t is not noticeable.

The Coke cooler pictured is not included with the truck - birthday present from the wife.

This is great old truck and a blast to drive. Just time for me to move on to the next project.
