Original 1963 Chevrolet Impala Sedan

Up for sale is my 1963 Chevrolet Impala Sedan that I discovered while up in Wisconsin visiting my Uncle. It has 76000 miles on it and was in storage inside a barn that was heated during the winter. It had not been on the roadsince 1986. It has a small block 283 V8 in it. We shipped it back from Central Wisconsin and went through the entire car in order to get it to run. We went through the brakes, lushed all fluids, uned it up, nstalled new whitewall radial tires, nstalled new battery, ebuilt the carb and cleaned off the dust. What you see is the original paint. There is some surface rust but overall the car is pretty solid.

The glass is perfect and so are the seats and headliner. This car is in its original state including the 1967 Grand Marsh Wisconsin decal in the back window. It has some of the original plastic seat covers still on the rear seat and on the doors. We did not clean the interior and some of the dirt in the photos will come off with a steam cleaner or upholstery cleaning tool.

This car was owned by the Fire Chief of Grand Marsh and we were told it was originally his mother's car. Several years ago his family sold over 400 vintage cars that I believe were big news in the collectable car world. All were sold but two, his one and another one that I am keeping for now. Both cars were his personal cars and his wife did not want to part with them. The title is an original old school title from Wisconsin that I have in a safe place.Car can be seen at my office 4815 N 2nd Street, oves Park, L 61111. This car is a really good old car and needs very little restoration to make it a good looking car. There is a hole in the rear trunk corner but other than that the trunk is pretty solid. Nice car for the money and will only increase in value in time.
