Description of 1967 Chevrolet Camaro Rally Sport

Great Project Camaro!
It has been garaged since 2003.
I am the 2nd owner of this vehicle.
The front suspension has been rebuilt with;Polygraphite bushings from PST (Performance Suspension Technology)2 inch dropped spindlesPower Disc BrakesPerformance Coil Springs1 1/8" Sway BarI have a 12:1 ratio steering box that has not yet been installed to include with the car as well.
The interior is original and is mostly in very good condition. Headliner is in great condition, t may have been replaced before I bought the car. The carpet is very bad, ut I have a new carpet kit for it that is included.
The engine is not running. I am not sure of the reason. It sat garaged in the states for several years while I was stationed overseas in the Army and so I have never been able to investigate why itisn'tstarting beyond trying to charge the battery.
I have upgraded the Engine with;Edelbrock 4 bbl carb and intakeMSD Performance CoilMallory Unilite DistributorHooker HeeadersFlowmaster exhausta performance mini starter motor
The original color was Madeira Maroon but the original owner had resprayed it with a different maroon and I began stripping it all off to repaint it. I found some body filler on both rearquarterpanels. The passenger side could easily be reworked and the drivers side might be able to, ut I will caution you that the car might need to new rear quarter panels depending on how involved you plan to get with your project. The previous owner had done a good job with the filler and when I found it I opted not to strip it off completely until I could decide whether to pull out the deformations or replace the panels. So that is why they look smooth in the photos.
When I first purchased the car back in 1995 I noticed the trunk had quite a bit of rust in it so I stripped it and put on a rustpreventativepaint. I also painted most of the subframe and suspension parts with it as well.
The rocker panels are good.
I have most if not all of the original trim pieces to include with the car.
All in all the car is in good shape, ust not running.
The mileage is for the engine as I am pretty sure the car has significantly more mileage, ut I really don't know since the original owner died before I purchased the car and I purchased it from his brother.
I haven't been able to verify if the engine is original as the Engine number plate on the top of the block was machined off before I bought the car. So it could have been rebuilt and still be the original 327 or it could be another small block placed in, don't know. I just recently found out that the number is also stamped on the side of the block apparently but I've not checked there yet.
I'm certain that the PowerglideTransmissionis original and I had it rebuilt a few years after I bought the car. Around 1997 or 1998.
In the photos the 2011 photos are what it looks like now. The car is originally a California car. The original owner was from Antioch, a. where I purchased it from his brother in 1995 and I lived in San Jose, a. The other photos are from around 2001 when I was still driving it and working on it. The 2011 photos are from when I moved the car up to Eastern Idaho where I was living at that time. The car has been garaged the entire time it has been in Idaho and only has the light surface rust that you can see in the photos. I am currently living in the Portland, regon area and the Camaro is still in my storage unit in Idaho. That is why I am not able to show newer photos of the car.
You will need to pick up the car in Idaho and I will arrange to meet you there and get it ready for you.
Camaro is sold As Is.Extra parts will be included but none are guaranteed as part of this sale. I will include all parts of the Camaro that I still have in my possession, ut my memory of what I still have may not be exactly right. No WarrantyNo Refund
