Description of 1965 Chevrolet Other Pickups

1965 Chevy4X4 pick up. This truck is fairly sound. I just drove it fromCalifornia to Michigan in June(it was a very slow ride). I believe the truck was built in Freemont and thenrevised in Helena Montana for a fire company by Superior Fire Apparatus Co.4 speed tranny with granny gear. 4.57 rear end gears. Transfer case (could use new seals) but works fine. I don't know if it had factory airoriginally but the vents and controls indicate that either did or was installed early in its life. I believe that the lift was done at the Superior Fire Apparatus factory. MilitaryM22 37" tires. There is some rust and filler in parts of the truck but all in all it is pretty solid. 12,000 poundelectric winch included-just haven't had time to mount it.This truck isa heavy duty,one of a kindbeast!On Sep-10-15 at 19:26:22 PDT, eller added the following information:
