This auction is for a 1964 Corvette Coupe. Had some custom work done back in the late 1970's and has been this way ever since. Has an early 1970's 350 V-8, Speed Manual Transmission, o power steering or power brakes. Motor runs absolutely perfect. Transmission was just recently totally rebuilt and new clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing installed. Has factory side exhaust. A Stinger style hood was added along with flared fenders in the rear and an open concept headlight kit. These are things that can be reversed if you choose to go that route but I like it the way it is for a daily cruiser. Doors open, lose and lock fine. Windows roll up and down good. Interior is in very nice shape. Does have an aftermarket AM/FM Cassette and also a 6 CD Changer with Power Amp and Speakers in the rear. As far as the outside is concerned, he paint is showing its age. There are various nicks, hips and staining. Bumpers are in fair shape. There is a little rust on the passenger side upper door pillar opening but very minor. Nothing anywhere else. Frame and undercarriageappear to be in decent shape. Does have a nice set of vintage Torque Thrust Wheels with new Fire Hawk Indy 500 Radial Tires. I cant stress enough how nice this car goes down the road. This is a good driver quality Corvette. If the nice original Corvettes are out of your reach, hen this may be for you. Use and enjoy the way it is or put your personal touch on it later. As the years click by they are not getting any cheaper. Will be sold on a Maine Dealer Bill of Sale and prior Registration. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of auctions end.
