1986 Chevrolet Corvette Pace Car Convertible---Extra Nice--Low Miles

This is a very nice 86 Corvette that I recently got on a trade. I'm told the miles are correct >23,000< The car runs and drives great and has new seat leather and cushions installed as well as a new top, ostly just due to the age of the car(they really weren't that bad but just wanted to make the car all it could be). The car also has an aftermarket exhaust(nearly new) that probably improves performance, nd offers a little more rumble than stock(just a little)...... I would say the paint on the car is a 9+ unbelievable for it's age. It has the polished wheels and of course the correct Pace Car decals in place. An aftermarket new style radio(removable face, nd remote control)was added sometime prior to me getting the car. Now for the last detail about the car...it looks crispy new, ut does have an Iowa prior salvage title. Meaning the car had a little incident at one time and went thru an inspection process and passed that inspection, nd is just like transferring any title. The story I got was that the car was a theft recovery quite a few years ago-you couldn't tell by looking anywhere. And with that said I am pricing the car reasonable and open to offers(reasonable I hope). I have two sets of original keys, n owners manual, nd the car even has original floor mats.........There is no warranty offered with the car(I'm not a dealer)..........and the transporting of the car if the buyer chooses to transport will be at the buyers expense. I will be glad to show the car with notice, nd answer all questions to the best of my ability. I'm a car guy-have been all my life, nd will always be-thanks for viewing my auction..**** A local buyer failed to get financed leading to me listing the car again-please have your finances in place when you bid=thanks!!***

When I last listed the car I had said the car had a noisy clutch on the air cond. compressor-This week the service dept. will be replacing the entire compressor and retrofitting the car with 134A Freon-problem solved! ********* My GF just reminded me that the rear view mirrors have some clear coat peeling..sorry I had forgotten that..........
