The body and stainless are extremely straight and solid shot in a Black Suede Enamel . It starts. drives and stops very well. It has a strong running 350 cu in engine with a rebuilt four barrel Carter w/a Edelbrock Manifold. HEI. New 12V Alternator. dressed up with vintage M/T valve covers and finned air cleaner. The 4 speed Transmission functions and shifts well. gear selection is made with a tall Hurst shifter on the floor. This Classic "Street Beast" pounds the pavement with Reversed Radial White Wall Tires on Vintage American Racing rims. New exhaust. New fuel pump and clean gas tank. Keeps Cool with a new aluminum radiator. This “Neat” Two door has many new and upgraded parts. The interior is very comfortable yet minimal as would be expected of a bare bones 210 Hot rod. Black Diamond pleat vinyl wraps the stock seats. A classic Tijuana seat cover on the front bench conceals rips on the drivers side. The original door panels. headliner bows. all garnish and loads of extra parts come with this sale (see pics). The body and rockers have no visible rust anywhere. while there are some small pinholes under the drivers side carpet. The rear bumper is straight but could use replating to be show quality. front bumper removed for that nostalgic go fast look. The trunk has many extra parts including. a full size spare tire and has lots of room. This 55 Chev can easily be restored back to stock if desired. this car for someone to just enjoy as a traditional style hot rod not a rat rod or a trailer queen by any means but it's a cool car and there are not many around with real racing prestige.
