This Corvette is in its original unrestored condition. Never titled. Possibly the most authentic, nd best factory equipped original 1979 Corvette remaining in the world. We have the original Manufacturer's Statement of Origin, he original window sticker, nd even the factory build sheet which was discovered tucked away in the leaf spring in its factory cellophane wrapper three years ago. Only the battery and brake calipers have been replaced due to lack of use. This car sat in one spot, n a climate controlled environment, or over twenty years. This car starts, uns, nd drives perfectly as it should. All equipment including radio, ower windows, nd even the clock work flawlessly.

These iconic corvettes were built in St. Louis MO. Vehicle performance, it, inish, nd technology in manufacturing was low quality during that era. Nonetheless, hey were an American dream to own. If you know anything about these cars, ou know how rare this specific corvette is with these miles. 1978 Indy Pace Cars with ultra low miles are a little easier to find in my opinion. Recent sales history of comparable cars during 2014 & 2015 show sales through auctions of $68,000 to $77,500.

Whoever purchases this time capsule with extraordinary vehicle history I expect will need to have the resources to transport to its new home. It starts and runs, ut should not be driven to protect the extraordinary low mileage.

My brother and I arecontemplating the idea of consigning at an upcoming collector car auction where the logistics and transaction fees for Buyers & Sellers are relatively expensive.
