Up for sale is my 1990 Chevy Silverado regular cab short bed. The truck only has 116,000 original miles which averages to less than 5k a year! 350/ 700R4. I did a compression test and all cylinders are between 170-175 lbs! Very strong motor! The truck is extremely straight. Interior is really clean but the driver's side bench could be re-upholstered. I got a quote for $300 for the entire seat from my interior guy. The truck was originally gold but was repainted red by the previous owner. It's a nice quality paint job. The transmission was rebuilt by the previous owner at around 90,000 miles. It's been lowered about 2 inches all around and has a nice stance. The truck has new brakes and tires (less than 2000 miles), ew idler arm and pitman arm. New belts and hoses. The A/C system was rebuilt and converted to R134. I replaced the rear sliding glass with a solid piece with factory tint. This truck is a clean driver that shows normal wear and tear such as small paint chips, tc. Please see pictures for condition of paint and interior. If I was going to keep this truck, would cut and buff the paint and touch up the small chips. I have some professionally matched touch up paint if you choose to do so? I would also recover the bench seat and find some nice used bumpers. Mechanically, his truck in excellent shape. There is zero rust on this car since it was bought new from Marten's Chevrolet in Reedly, A (Central Valley near Fresno) and never left California. I bought this truck from the original owner who maintained all his vehicles meticulously. The truck never towed anything and I put the hitch on it about a year ago. Feel free to call me with any questions or to setup a local viewing (949) 294-9067. My name is Troy. Again, his is a very nice driver for it's age but not perfect. The only reason I am selling it is I bought a 1964 Impala station wagon to haul the family around. Thanks for looking. On Sep-18-15 at 08:14:24 PDT, eller added the following information: I forgot to mention this was the first year of fuel injection.
