This 1960 Corvette received a comprehensive, round up, echanical and cosmetic restoration about 7 years ago. It has only covered an approximate 610 miles since. The car is started and driven often as to bring allmechanical's up to operatingtemperatures.The car is finished in Silver over Red leather. The fit and finish on the car is excellent though not so good as to take away from the original character of the car.The car is in simply excellent condition. It drives well with virtually no rattles or squeaks. The steering has no excessive play. Brake pedal modulation and feel is excellent (given the cars age) . Clutch take up is both chatter and slip free. The car is a bit cold blooded, hank you ethanol and all you've done for great collector cars ! ( ....sorry, angent there) Once warm the car performs flawlessly. Transmission shift is typical for its day, ery mechanical and the shift linkage feels remarkably good.This car turns heads every where and does great in local car shows. It has been awarded 2 best in class and a best in show in the three shows it appeared in this year.This is a GREAT Corvette that can be driven and shown as is. The chassis is very nicely finished as well. It is a turn key, o excuse, ave fun early Corvette that anyone would be extraordinarily proud to own.
