This vintage vette runs great and rides nice. It is the last of the naturally aspirated (carbureted) vettes, ince they went to fuel injection in '82. It has brand new carpet and fresh paint, long with smoked glass t-tops and a rear window shader. It also has a new dash so it looks like new. I installed extra thick heat and noise dampener (insulation under the carpet) throughout the vehicle. This is the original 350 engine, ut at about 100k the manifold, amshaft and carb were replaced with Edelbrock performer series to boost performance. Still have the originals that will go with the car. It runs great with plenty of power and sounds awesome! It really cams. Most of the trim has been blacked out and looks really sharp. The rear leaf spring has been replaced with a fiberglass spring for an improved ride. The smog pump has been eliminated and there are no computer controls (has a distributor). The stock transmission has been replaced with a 5-speed tremec that has about 15k on it. Tires are like new Dunlops with lots of rubber. The pop-up lights work perfectly. The master cylinder and A/C compressor have been replaced. I have replaced the "printed circuit" boards that back both the instrument clusters. There are a few gauges in the center cluster that aren't working and I haven't taken the time to sort those out. The stereo / tape deck is not the original and could stand to be replaced. The auto antennae doesn't raise, ut could be related to the radio. This is a 3 owner car that has never been wrecked as verified by carfax. I will be happy to provide the carfax upon request. I am including the detailed service / repair manual and car cover with it.
