UP FOR SALE! Very Rare Opportunity! We found an all original one owner 1970 Chevrolet C-10 California truck, oming with it's original build sheet, riginal California pink slip title, nd original black license plates. It has it's original glovebox sticker still in very good condition showing it to be a 115 inch short wheelbase Fleetside. Medium blue V8 truck. We purchased this very well kept original truck with intentions to use as a shop truck, ut our business goals are changing and hate to have to get rid of it. The truck has what we believe to be a 307 with a two barrel carburetor, e took a battery and gas to the truck and got it to start. We got it running, ut the necessary fluids to take it for a test drive down the street. We got it up to 45 mph driving through the streets around our shop, nd the transmission seems to shift properly through the gears. We do not have records showing anything mechanically has ever been rebuilt due to this truck only has 77k original miles on it. We have put about 15 miles on the truck so we can't guarantee, ut with a low miles we will assume that it will not take much more to get this vehicle road worthy. The body on this truck is in amazing shape considering its age, he only downfall is that at some point in its life, t got damaged to the rear on both box sides and a little on the tailgate, hich you can see in the pictures. We believe the paint is all original and after a little polishing, ame back to a great patina look. It does have some surface rust in areas but not that much, nd it adds to its original look. The interior is in good condition and the seat was recovered at some point, nd the carpet looks like it has been replaced. If not then it is in really good condition for being original. The miles on the dash in the picture are current but it may go up a little bit while the auction is going because it is still for sale locally, nd it can also be scheduled to be viewed and test drove by any serious bidder. The tires and wheels were added recently by the guy who went up to get the truck in California who we purchased this truck from. The truck runs, hifts, nd stops with no problem but we suggest you trailer it home for any distance over a few miles because thats all the more we have driven it at a time.
