Description of 1955 Chevrolet 210 |
1955 Chevy 210 4 Door Sedan Project Car. L6 235 Straight Six with Powerglide automatic transmission. "Barn Find" out of Oregon. Does not run, as no brakes and the hand brake is not working. It does roll and steer. Damage to passenger side front fender (minor), ront and rear passenger doors and a slight crease in the rear panel behind the rear passenger door. There are 4 replacement doors in decent shape that are included with the car. Car was parked in a storage barn in either 1997 or 1999 (never did get the straight story from the owner). Battery was purchased in 1998, o I suspect it was barned in 1999. Interior is going to need some TLC and there is some rust through on the drivers side (nothing major) floor pan. Previous owner's ex bought replacement pans for the drivers and passengers side, ut never installed them. They come with the car too. Spare tire (rim) and two additional doors are still in Oregon and I can get whoever purchases this car in touch with the person that has them. I also have 10 quarts of oil, n oil filter, valve cover gasket, pper and lower radiator hoses and clamps that will be included with the sale. All of the glass is there, ut some of the door windows are cracked. The frame looks solid with surface rust and no rust through. There are exterior trim pieces inside the car, ut a couple of the pieces look unusable. And the floor pan looks pretty good too. As I mentioned before, he only rust through is a small spot in the drivers floor panel. And, ow for the legal disclaimer: The vehicle being sold by the Seller 'As Is' and that the Seller does not promise any type of guarantee or warranty, hether expressly written or implied. The title is out of Oregon and is clear and signed by the previous owner. Please ask questions before making up your mind to bid. |
