For your consideration is a 1948 Chevrolet Fleetmaster Sport Coupe. The car has been set up in the style of the 1950s with the fender skirts, owered, wamp cooler on the passenger door, vintage GM tissue dispenser under the glove box, intage flashlight holder on the steering column, potlights (dummy), nd sun visor. The 6 volt battery, rake master cylinder and ignition switch are new. The original interior is still in the car but is in poor condition and covered with seat covers. The headliner is mostly missing. The tires are very good. The car starts and runs, oesn't smoke or knock. There is also an original owner service manual included with the car. The title to the car has been lost so there will be a Bill of Sale. The paint is black primer which was common in the 1950s. The windshield and rear glass are good, owever the other window glass are cracked. Transportation will be the responsibility of the buyer. Cash or wire transfer is the preferred method of payment. The odometer doesn't work so the mileage is unknown. Thanks for looking. On Oct-21-15 at 16:36:06 PDT, eller added the following information: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OF THE DESCRIPTION OF THE CAR. The ad states that a new brake master cylinder was installed. The car stops okay with brake pedal pumping and I think additional brake work will be necessary. The car starts and runs fine, nd a new carb kit was installed, owever for road driving a new carburetor may be necessary. In view of this new information I have lowered the reserve price. If there are any questions regarding the condition of the car please contact me through eBay. Thanks
