1955 Chevrolet Bel 2-door Sedan- UNRESTORED ORIGINAL with 11,600 documented miles. Loaded with "jewelry" that was likely installed at selling dealer Brown Chevrolet in Brownsville, ndiana when Lucinda Stuckwish bought it new in 1955. She kept it until it was sold from her estate around 1977. Shortly thereafter, r. & Mrs. Fowler, embers of the Classic Chevy Club, ought it and it was written up and pictured on the front of the club's March, 982 magazine. Miles at that time were 6,211. Documentation shows the car went out west to Arizona sometime in the 90's, nd an Arizona collector car dealer had it in the year 2000. At that time he did some touch-up respraying on the original Neptune Green finish, nd re-plated the bumpers. He subsequently sold it at a Kruse Auction in Scottsdale. The car has been in Pennsylvania with 2 owners for the past 8 or 10 years, nd it now has 11,600 miles that are documented on the title. The car is in amazing original condition. The original floor pans still have the red oxide primer finish from the factory and are in great condition. The original fabric seats & carpet are in great condition as well. The trunk area is all original and the tools likely have never been taken out since the spare was moved to the Continental Kit. All Safety-Plate Glass is original.
