I bought this truck in 1972 and have taken good care of ever since,(Oil changed every 4000 miles). The body is straight,( never in an accident), o rust, California Truck). Original Engine and Transmission, Matching Numbers). I have just finished restoring it: Complete "new" interior with original "Scroll" Off White Bucket Seat covers and new Foam Buns, ew Carpet & Insulation, oor Panels, ash Pad, etro Radio with MP3 player connection, eadliner, nd A/C & Heater Ducts. New Windshield with Gasket Seal, ew Paint, original Black) inside and out. New Tires and Retro Chrome Rims. All Seals and rubber have been replaced. The Engine has never been rebuilt and still runs strong, no smoke), s all original except for a 650 CFM Holly Carburetor and Headers, they were on it when I bought it). The Transmission was rebuilt in 1995 and I put a Hayden Transmission cooler on it in 1973. I installed new Oak Wood in the Bed in 1995 and it still looks good as I had a bed liner to protect it. The A/C system was also restored and converted to R-134A Coolant, it blows ice cold). This Truck is one of the most Desirable & Collectable trucks Chevy ever made, t will only continue to go up in value. I get lots of complements on it wherever I go.I really hate to part with it but since I'm moving and need to downsize, t has to go..
