1987 Chevy / GMC C10/R10 SWB, Tbi, 4.5/5.5 drop, 20x8 & 20x10 wheels

This super nice 1987 GMC R10 truck has spent all of its life in Alabama and Georgia . The 2 owner truck from new under went a full on frame restoration in late 2013 with very few miles since completion. The paint, nterior, nd drivetrain still look super nice today.

The new suspension was dropped 4.5/5.5 with McGaughys drop spindles & springs upfront, nd DJM flipped axle in the rear ( no c-notch). New Monroe shocks on all 4 corners complete the drop. Brake rotors, alipers, nd hoses have been replaced recently also. The truck rides very good for the amount of drop added.

The interior was installed is late 2013 and is like new. The original seat was recovered in black vinyl. The dash pad, arpet, oor panels, rm rest, nd mats are like new. All gauges and lights work as should, long with all new weather striping, indow seals and gaskets. All of the dash & AC components in the cab were replaced too including the dash bezel, C vents and ductwork. A new billet steering wheel was added to give the inside a custom finished look.

The wheels & tires are brand new. American Racing Torq Thrust 20x8 upfront with Desert Hawk 245/40/20, nd 20x10 with 275/45/20 on the rear. I also added a 1.25" spacer on the rear to bring the wheels out to the edge of the bed. The staggered wheels and aggressive tires really make the truck handle and give it a killer look too.

The 134k mile original 305 tbi and 700r4 still run perfect with no smoke, attles, r problems. The truck runs cool, reat oil pressures idling and driving, nd sounds great with the new exhaust running out the back. The engine, nd engine bay was cleaned and repainted along with all new AC system including new compressor, ryer, ines and correct 134a conversion seals. The engine, rans, nd rear end are all leak free and were resealed were needed in 2013.

The brite "Chili Pepper Red" paint is very nice. The truck is super straight and was painted in 2013 with all PPG paint products. Not a full blown show truck, ut way above average driver for sure. Zero rust ever in the truck and still all of its original sheet metal. New side body molding, hrome front end, ights, ront bumper, nd rear blazer bumper with correct brackets. The inside of the bed is super nice with NO major dents or dings, nd finished off with a real nice bed mat.
