This is my 56 Chevy Project Car. It is a 150 sedan, door post car. Clean Pennsylvania Title- registered to me. I even have a mint 1956 PA tag I'll let go with it if you plan to register it in PA. It has a fresh streetable 350 CID SBC engine and a Muncie 4 speed transmission. The engine is .030 over, 0-1 compression with a thumper cam. Edelbrock 650 carb and performer manifold. Small body HEI ignition. Centerline Autodrags. 3.5' Skinny's up front and 8" in the rear. Front disc brake with 2"drop spindles need installed. Tires are new in front and almost new in rear with great tread. The car body is half stripped and very straight with clean lines. The good thing is you can look and see your are not buying somebody's hidden patch work. The car is all metal, o body filler other then to smooth small dings. It does have sheet metal patches in the right quarter. No rot, his car came from the southwest so it was preserved pretty well. This is a super example of an almost 60 year old car that just needs to be finished being stripped and then painted in your color choice. You will have a beautiful machine!! Engine compartment is done in 2k satin black and very clean. Front clip was removed and undersides of fenders have been stripped, reated and painted in the same satin black as engine compartment. The frame is very nice no rust, owever you might wanna replace the rear floor brace. New rocker panels and floor pans. Trunk pan is original and nice, ith some patch work in the tire well. Comes with all the parts not on the car in the photos, aillights, arking and headlight assemblies, indows, front and rear windshields are just sitting in place for the photos, removed them to properly paint the car and dash together). Bumpers need to be rechromed or painted. New Danchuck front end bolt kits. All other bolts and assemblies are sorted and labeled to be put back on. Needs new body mount kit. Please feel free to contact me to come see it before you buy it but for a few bucks so to speak on top of the purchase price you will have an awesome 56 Chevy.
