Description of 1986 Chevrolet Blazer K5 Silverado

***Checkout this clean RUSTFREE lifted K5 Blazer 4x4! This truck has been a California truck since new! It still retains its original blue and yellow plates!
This one is powered by the peppy 5.7 liter 350 V8 which I understand was only available for California K-5's and its backed by a 4 speed automatic transmission.It still has all of the California emissions equipment.It runs and drives good.The four wheel drive system (NP208) works good also.This one is equipped with optional 31 gallon fuel tank and heavy-duty radiator and transmission cooler.This one also has a trailering package with wiring. The meaty off-road style tires are Remington Wide Brute 33x12.5R15LT's mounted on white wagon wheels.The Blazer has newer Pro-Comp ES2000 suspension front and rear! It has been lifted 3 inches.
The Indian Bronze and Frost White special two-tone was redone sometime ago but still looks nice and shiny! The hood does have some clearcoat delamination. The body is straight and there are NO RUST issues to deal with! The floors,rocker panels and frame are very clean! The tailgate and manual rear window both function properly.All the glass is good except for the driver-side slider which has a stress crack.The white fiberglass top is in good shape also.The front Baja lights work properly.It has Carr hoop II side steps installed also.
The Saddle cloth interior is in very good shape for its age! The passenger and folding rear seat look great but the driver seat bottom is worn and has a cover.A new headliner was recently added also. A Sony stereo system with 6 speakers and amp was installed.The Blazer is equipped with delay wipers,cruise control and A/C (complete but inop).A large file of maintainence receipts and Uniden CB radio will be given to the next owner also. Nice K5 to hit the trails or the beach!
