Description of 1975 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 1500

Up for bid is my 1975 K10 Chevy short bed truck. It has a 350 with a 4 speed transmission. The body is extremely clean with two pea size chips in the paint. It has the 73-74 grille installed but I have the original grille if needed.
Now for the good.
-All new springs 2" lift on all four corners
-All brand new 33x12.5 tires
-New canopy that is both foldable and removable
-Completely new exhaust
-Transmission and transfer case has all new seals and a new clutch as of 2012
-Body is super clean
-Brand new edlebrock carburetor
-Brand new tow hitch
-Brand new water pump
-Brand new battery and alternator
The bad
-The motor is 30 plus years old, t still runs strong but it has it has leaky valve seals and will smoke on start up. I have driven the truck steadily for over 5 years and it has never let me down. It is still a great motor but it is the weakest point of the truck and needs to be rebuilt or replaced for the truck to be a 10/10.
-The dash has a crack right down the middle
-The bench seat has a pea size burn hole in it. This hole was there when I purchased the truck I am not a smoker and the cab does not smell at all like smoke.
