Deposit Buyer must contact me within 24 hours of accepted offer, nd make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000 deposit is due within 3 business days of listing's end to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due: The remainder is due within 7 days. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial and title transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes: All California residents must pay applicable state and local tax, itle and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, ity taxes and fees, s well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Buyer's Inspection I would prefer NOT TO SELL this vehicle without an inspection!!!!: Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. This sell has done best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. This seller welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, lease make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Notice to Bidders: Who can bid? I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if for any reason including acts of god, the vehicle can no longer be available for sale. If you have less than 10 buying feedbacks, our bid will not be accepted unless you call and become approved to bid on this vehicle.

Bid Retractions: Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Please see eBay's "Retracting a Bid"

Negative Feedback Bidders: I DO NOT allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero-10 buying feedback rating must email or call prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder: The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact seller within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder: If the deposit is not received within 3 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within7 days following the close of auction, eller reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
